Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, olive oil, chili flakes, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat evenly.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
