A quick and flavorful recipe for spicy garlic parmesan chicken skewers. Perfect for grilling or baking.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, olive oil, chili flakes, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve immediately.

- Marinate for at least 30 minutes for stronger flavor.
