A quick and flavorful spicy ground beef stir fry bowl with garlic veggies served over steamy rice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice.
