Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
