Description
Crispy chicken bites coated in a sweet and spicy honey glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip in beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown.
- Pour honey glaze over cooked chicken. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use a non-stick pan for easier cooking.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
