Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  4. Add diced red bell pepper, cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the eggs.
  5. Pour mixture into muffin tin compartments.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool before serving.
