Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Spoon 1 tsp of filling onto each square.
- Fold pastry over filling to form triangles. Press edges to seal.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
