Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black olives (for decoration)
- Red food coloring (optional)
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
- Decorate as eyeballs with olive slices, or dye filling red or green for a spooky effect.
