Description
Spicy Sriracha deviled eggs with a creamy filling and a kick of heat.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove eggs and place in ice water for 5 minutes to cool.
- Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Sriracha, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.

- Adjust Sriracha to your preferred spice level.
- Use a piping bag for a neater presentation.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
