Description

Spicy Sriracha deviled eggs with a creamy filling and a kick of heat.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs and place in ice water for 5 minutes to cool.
  3. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Sriracha, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with paprika and chopped chives.
  7. Serve chilled.

  • Adjust Sriracha to your preferred spice level.
  • Use a piping bag for a neater presentation.
