Description

Enjoy a delicious combination of tender steak bites and cheesy rotini pasta coated in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
