Description
Enjoy a delicious combination of tender steak bites and cheesy rotini pasta coated in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Use your favorite cut of steak for this recipe.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
