Description

Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter and topped with a creamy parmesan sauce. A quick, flavorful dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return steak bites to the pan and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature steak for even cooking.
  • Adjust salt to taste if using salted butter.
  • For a thinner sauce, add a splash of milk.
