Ingredients
- 300g beef strips
- 200g noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Pour over beef.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add noodles and toss to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with spring onions and chili. Serve hot.

- Use flank steak or sirloin for best results.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
