Ingredients
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup crushed golden Oreos
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each taco shell with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with diced strawberries and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
- Serve immediately.
