Description
A quick and healthy breakfast with strawberries, peanut butter, and oats. Prepare it the night before for a no-fuss morning meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats and milk.
- Add peanut butter, strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir again before serving.
Notes
- Use almond or cashew butter as an alternative.
- Add chia seeds for extra fiber.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
