A deliciously fresh dessert combining sweet strawberries and creamy cheese in a flaky crust.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Warm the strawberry jam with lemon juice and drizzle over the strawberries.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Chill the pie for a firmer texture.
- Add whipped cream on top if desired.
