Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium heat
- Pour batter onto griddle
- Cook until bubbles form on surface
- Flip and cook other side
- Serve warm with toppings
