Ingredients
- 1 bag (20 oz) frozen sweet potato tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread sweet potato tots on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese over hot tots.
- Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with black beans, red onion, and jalapeños.
- Drizzle with sour cream and guacamole.
- Garnish with cilantro.
