Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in jalapeños, lime juice, and salt. Let cool.
- Spread cream cheese evenly on a serving plate.
- Pour cooled cranberry mixture over cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
