Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives


Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir cooked tortellini into the beef mixture.
  5. Top with cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and olives.
  6. Serve warm.
