Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Stir in rice, teriyaki sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
