Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
