Description

Delicious turkey meatballs with a sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for appetizers or a main dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, dried cranberries, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and brown meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Warm cranberry sauce and drizzle over cooked meatballs before serving.
