Description
Delicious turkey meatballs with a sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for appetizers or a main dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, dried cranberries, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Warm cranberry sauce and drizzle over cooked meatballs before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberry sauce for best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy appetizer serving.
