Fluffy egg bites packed with turkey and feta for a protein-rich breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cooked turkey, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in turkey and feta.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling halfway.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover turkey for convenience.
- Substitute feta with goat cheese if preferred.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
