Description

Fluffy egg bites packed with turkey and feta for a protein-rich breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stir in turkey and feta.
  5. Pour mixture into muffin tin, filling halfway.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
