Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
