Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/4 cup prosciutto, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Top toasted bread with tomato mixture.
- Add mozzarella pearls and prosciutto slices.
- Serve immediately.
