Description

A creamy, flavorful hummus with pumpkin puree and warm spices. Perfect for dipping or spreading.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tbsp water (as needed)


Instructions

  1. Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add water 1 tbsp at a time to reach desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
