Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of watermelon
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Cut two thick slices of watermelon and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place one slice on a plate and layer with feta cheese.
- Add fresh basil leaves on top of the feta.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper.
- Top with the second watermelon slice and serve immediately.
