Ingredients
- 4 cups diced watermelon (seedless)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend watermelon until smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove pulp.
- Add honey and lime juice, mix well.
- Pour into cups or molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with mint before serving.
