A tangy and creamy dessert with a smooth lime-infused chocolate coating.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp key lime juice
- 1 tsp key lime zest
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Heat heavy cream until warm and mix with melted chocolate.
- Add key lime juice, zest, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Chill mixture for 2 hours until firm.
- Roll into small balls and coat with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh key lime juice for best flavor.
- If mixture is too soft, chill longer before rolling.
